Yesterday I visited Yeo Moor Primary School where I was invited to be part of the Year 4 ‘Rocking the Romans’ project. The pupils were already very knowledgeable about the Romans and were able to tell me lots of interesting facts. The pupils in both classes were great at the artefact matching game and worked together brilliantly. Their artefact recording skills showed promise too, lots of very good observations about the artefacts were made and discussed with me and their fellow class mates.
Thank you so much Otter and Beaver classes for a great morning. I loved spending time with you and love my thoughtfully presented box of chocolates even more! I hope you enjoy your Roman museum day on Friday.
